In this position you’re responsible for growing the E-Commerce business within Germany by gaining new customers or expanding the current business with both pure players and brick & mortar accounts.You’ll develop, implement and optimize digital solutions and innovative initiatives within brand marketing, customer marketing and other internal functions locally and globally in order to bring the digital landscape of the Consumer Beauty brand portfolio to the next level.

You act like a Key Account Manager for all pure players but also as an internal spider challenging all internal stakeholders to provide best-in-class E-Commerce support. You will be leading the new channel and are asked to design the organizational structure. Beginning with an obsessive focus on customer needs (CARS) and emerging technologies, you will be responsible for a rapid change how customers can perceive beauty shopping online. You will have the accountability to drive the channel strategy, executing business growth plans Playing a key role in the Sales team, you will oversee the achievement of customer and channel plan.

  • Build up, develop and manage customer relationship with buyers; create customer strategy ensuring local Coty business objectives are achieved
  • Achieve / exceed all key sales measures and target for the national account (NR, COP, NWC and trade spend)
  • Managing customer negotiations in relation to Coty strategy and customers trading terms
  • Overall Continuous improvement - identifying opportunities for efficiency and profitability and overall improvement in the management of categories
  • Aggregating online insights along the changing costumer/consumer journeys to describe how digital solutions/projects can help brands outperform in their objectives
  • Developing, implementing and driving digital projects that enable Consumer Beauty to be and be recognized as the digital leader of the industry
  • Work in close partnership with internal departments to ensure development and implementation of customer category strategy and best-in-class strategy for rich content, wide assortment, R&R’s and an overall search strategy
  • Cultivating and strengthening relationships between the disciplines by empowering brands to understand and harness the competitive advantages from digital and online media
  • Partner with Demand Planning to ensure Customer Service levels are met / exceeded
  • Develop plans to drive category / trade business plans to manage customer as key stakeholder aiming to de-silo online but including into the overall account strategy
  • Developing and leading the Consumer Beauty eCommerce strategy, allowing our customers to grow their business behind tailor-made digital solutions
  • Building the digital amplification of all marketing programs in close collaboration with the brand teams
  • Making Digital & Online Media exciting, relevant and understandable across all different stakeholder to connect digital opportunities to brand and business objectives
  • Working effectively with the brand teams, trade marketing, Influencer/PR department and follow global best practice sharingManaging local agency relationships owning accurate control of budget spend on brands and CPS for digital projects
  • Accountable for the efficiency and effectiveness of all digital activities owning a ROI feedback loop ensuring lessons learned are driving brand education and performance
  • Management, creation and sharing of best practice across the Coty businesses


  • University Graduate – Business Administration / Business Informatics with emphasis on eCommerce, Economy or equivalent business related education
  • You have 5 years professional experience in eCommerce (experiences from Key Account Management
  • Strong knowledge of sales function processes and cross-functional exposure to other Business Operations
  • Experience in Social Media
  • Knowledge of eShopper Design standards, SEO and site search criteria
  • You are familiar with eCommerce channels both B2B and eRetailers
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of content, social and eCRM
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of numeracy, with strong analytical skills & strong commercial acumen
  • Excellent organization capabilities, ability to prioritize effectively and work under pressure on short deadlines
  • Strong team player with ability to effectively listen, contribute and influence
  • Demonstrate a strong passion for the Coty Professional brands
  • You are fluent in German and English, further languages are a plus
