Senior Manager E-Commerce B2B (m/f)

We are responsible on a global level for sales and business steering by driving sales excellence within our countries. How to add value to our customers to accelerate their business is the key question we are constantly looking to answer. Sales is the main connector between our customer-centric business model and our customers. We are building expertise in using digital technologies for emerging sales channels in cooperation with international digital marketing and our countries to further develop our customer-centric business model and are looking for talents and experts for developing in all relevant aspects of their future sales role.

Who we are looking for

  • Excellent university degree, preferably in business administration, media management or communications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience and seniority in B2B e-commerce projects (manufacturer, online retailer, e-commerce start up or agency) in developing digital B2B solutions in complex sales and IT landscapes
  • Strong business sense to develop and commercialise B2B e-commerce solutions to add value to our customers and drive sales
  • Understanding of professional hairdresser or cosmetics industry
  • Previous experience as a salesman/sales manager in the cosmetic industry is of advantage
  • Strong project management skills on a global level
  • Excellent English language skills and a good understanding of German
  • Strong analytical and strategic skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
